Our new R&D project IntellIoT, which investigates the use of emerging IoT technologies and AI for improving decision making in healthcare, features on a dedicated article in the Innovation AI section of FORBES. The article highlights innovative features of the EU funded project in conduct health monitoring and interventions autonomously based on analysing vast quantities of medical data and its potential in reducing unnecessary face-to-face contact between patients and practitioners. Our director Professor George Spanoudakis says: “We are very excited to be part of the international team of IntellIoT and develop solutions leveraging the capabilities of 5G, IoT and artificial intelligence for automated healthcare, agriculture and manufacturing”.
