Digital innovation has radically changed how organizations collaborate and compete. At the same time the availability of Smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Industrial Internet Platforms, Digital platforms etc. in Digital Business Ecosystems makes it possible to exploit Digital Servitization. Although this Digital Servitization presents various advantages unlocking new business opportunities, at the same time it raises several security challenges that may result in unforeseeable risks and threats. EU Cybersecurity Act (EUCSA) aims to lay down a framework for the establishment of European cybersecurity certification schemes for the purpose of ensuring an adequate level of cybersecurity for ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes, while the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) establishes specific legal boundaries necessary for harmonizing the existing cybersecurity regulatory regime. CURIUM project aims to support the implementation of CRA and enhance the resilience, security, privacy, and accountability of all hardware and software products with digital elements, through the design and development of a novel Compliance Continuum provided via a set of cybersecurity-oriented tools and services offering information, guidance, trustworthy Security Testing and essential requirements fulfilment facilitation. The project will be developed in 18 months by a competitive consortium of 10 partners from 7 Member States, which brings together 1 Large Enterprise, 7 SMEs including one competence center and 2 National Authorities. These partners have significant expertise, complementary skills and an extensive network of associates inside the EU certification, standardization and security ecosystem and can ensure the successfully delivery of the proposed work.
