Technical Project Manager

Job description and responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects within SPHYNX Group, including EU-funded projects
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Preparing all necessary reports and documentation
• Collaborate with the development team
• Manage project risks and issues, and provide timely resolution
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and processes
• Collaborate with the Management to form strategic steps and visions

Requirements

For this post, you will need to have/demonstrate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3+ yeas of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role
• Experience managing software development tools
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Desired Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD is a plus, preferably in/related to ICT, Engineering
• Advanced understanding of the cybersecurity domain is a plus
• Experience as a Technical Project Manager in EU-funded projects
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is a plus
• Proven experience with proposal writing
• Certification in project management practices is a plus
