This role involves designing, building, testing, and maintaining hands-on cybersecurity scenarios and environments within our cyber range platform. You will play a pivotal role in shaping immersive, real-world training and assessment content for a variety of users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a bridge between content creation and platform development, you will also collaborate with our cyber range development team to improve platform capabilities, ensure high-quality user experiences, and stay ahead of industry trends and threats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Content Development:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design and implement realistic cyberattack and defense scenarios for training and evaluation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create, configure, and maintain virtual environments, including servers, workstations, network devices, and simulated adversary behavior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and user guides for each piece of content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Content Validation:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rigorously test content for functionality, performance, and accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuously monitor for and fix broken, outdated, or misaligned content based on user feedback or threat landscape changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Platform Enhancement Collaboration:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work closely with the CR development team to recommend and validate new features that improve content delivery or scenario complexity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in feature testing, proof-of-concept creation, and beta feedback loops.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Competitive and Threat Landscape Awareness:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Track and analyze trends in cyber range platforms and offerings in the industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Benchmark our platform and content against competitors and emerging best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cybersecurity Expertise:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Incorporate real-world threat intelligence, TTPs (tactics, techniques, and procedures), and MITRE ATT&amp;CK knowledge into scenario design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simulate APT (Advanced Persistent Threat) behavior, malware campaigns, and defensive response mechanisms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Interface with instructional designers, red\/blue team specialists, and customer success teams to align content with training goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with the creation of scoring systems, automated feedback, and learner analytics integration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Continuous Improvement:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Regularly update existing scenarios based on new vulnerabilities (e.g., CVEs), attack vectors, or customer needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively identify opportunities to streamline the content development lifecycle using automation or templates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"job-requirements-title\">Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, preferably in red teaming, blue teaming, or security operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience designing technical cybersecurity scenarios or lab environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of network protocols, system administration (Linux\/Windows), and common attack vectors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware, VirtualBox) and\/or containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with MITRE ATT&amp;CK, OWASP Top 10, and threat modeling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to write clear technical documentation and training materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience using or managing commercial or open-source cyber range platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with CI\/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., OSCP, CEH, CISSP, GCIA, GCIH).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of gamification principles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"
