Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of scalable and reliable software systems for SPHYNX Group.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and document the system architecture, including software components, modules, interfaces, and integration patterns.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices.
- Perform code and design reviews to ensure quality and alignment with architectural standards.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance the software development process and improve system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement system integration strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Architect or a similar role, designing and architecting complex software systems.
- Strong knowledge of software development principles, including software design patterns, architectural styles, and best practices.
- Experience in software development and coding in various languages (C#, .NET, Java etc.)
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience implementing security measures and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations is a plus.
