As our operations expand in all the three countries where we operate and beyond, we are now seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team and help shape the future of the company.

About the role

The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the business, unifying company reporting across the counties that we operate, providing strategic financial guidance to the CEO and the Board, and ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of the company. You will play a key role in decision making, fundraising, budgeting, financial planning and financial monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the finance, accounting, and payroll functions.
  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Prepare the company for future fundraising rounds, including financial modelling and investor communications.
  • Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Monitor cash flow, investments, and capital structure.
  • Support the CEO and executive team on strategic initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with investors, auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Develop and track key financial KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive efficiency and automation in financial processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or similar role.
  • Strong background in corporate finance, accounting, and financial planning.
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification is desirable.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in the software industry is a strong plus.
  • Ability to thrive in the dynamic environment of a small but fast growing company.
